A "destination" is one city in one country. Traveling to two different cities in the same country, even on the same trip, counts as two separate destinations, since each requires its own clinic search and confirmation.

Clinic availability drops closer to your travel date, so we only accept bookings starting 21 days out. If we can't confirm a spot for you, you get a full refund.
